As companies and auditors are conducting annual reviews, there is a realization that many of the prevention strategies either just started or did not expand to all products. While companies are coming out of the COVID crisis, there is a renewed focus on all management systems, including a deeper review of food fraud vulnerability assessments and an actually implemented food fraud prevention strategy.
