Karen Everstine is the Technical Director, Food Safety Solutions at FoodChain ID, where she manages and provides technical expertise for food safety data tools, leads food fraud prevention consulting activities, and creates training materials and educational content. 

Karen completed MPH and PhD degrees in public health at the University of Minnesota. She previously managed food safety and defense research projects at the University-based Food Protection and Defense Institute. 

Karen served as Chair of the International Association for Food Protection (IAFP) Food Fraud Professional Development group for the 2019-21 cycle and has served as a member of food authenticity expert panels.

Dr. Deni Odugbemi is the global director of food safety at Archer Daniels Midland Co (ADM), overseeing food safety across a vast global network. With a PhD in food safety, he has extensive experience in the beverage, bakery, dairy, milling, confectionery, and meat sectors. Dr. Odugbemi is also a seasoned food safety auditor and instructor, having worked with notable companies like Pepsi, Weston Foods, Kroger, and Wayne Farms, and serves as an adjunct faculty member at Osun State University.
