"Did You Know?"

Tips on Improving Your Hazard Analysis

Register Now!

This webinar is a quarterly series that incorporates important information accumulated during the initial implementation of the preventive controls food safety plan. FDA data indicates the most frequently cited observation found during a Preventive Controls inspection is an incomplete or incorrect hazard analysis, and this is where the series begins.

Part 1, “Preparation” begins with the preliminary steps necessary to prepare for the hazard analysis. Documenting all process steps and ingredients/raw materials accurately is the first step in developing a thorough hazard analysis. A step by step analysis of a commonly used case study will be used to point out weaknesses and strengths of commonly used document templates and identify opportunities to close regulatory gaps.

A live Q&A session will follow the presentation. You can also reach out to the presenter at trish@pawesta.com with any questions you may have. Please use the phrase “Did You Know 2020” in the email subject line.
