Conference Presentation Submission Form

MedTech Intelligence is requesting abstracts for content to be presented during our upcoming conference, The MedTech Regulatory Summit, to be held at The United States Pharmacopeial Convention, Rockville, MD on June 6 - 8, 2018.

To be eligible for review, abstracts must meet the following criteria:

  • Submit a 300 word abstract: Abstracts will be judged on the level of educational value they will provide to participants. Abstracts that are product and/or company focused will NOT be reviewed. If your abstract is technology-focused, please be sure to avoid the sales-pitch.
  • Lead presenters are responsible for the submission and coordination of their submission.  If the proposed presentation will include 2 or more speakers, please make sure to submit all the required information for each speaker at the time of abstract submittal.
  • Accepted abstracts will have a total presentation time of 45 minutes, including a Question & Answer period. Sessions will be strictly limited to the alloted time. 

We do offer a very limited number of short, 15 minute sponsored technology presentations as part of the conference.  They will be identified as sponsored presentations and are the proper time and place for commercial presentations focused on products and features.  If we do feel that your presentation is commercial in nature, we will notify you and explain your options. 

IMPORTANT DATES:

Abstracts Due Date:  March 14, 2018

Acceptance Notification Date: April 4, 2018

Final Presentations Due: May 21, 2018

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

If your abstract is accepted for presentation, primary Speaker’s registration for the MedTech Regulatory Summit is complimentary, all additional speakers are required to pay registration fees.

MedTech Intelligence is not responsible for any travel expenses incurred by speakers in relation to the participation at the MedTech Regulatory Summit.
