Laura is a seasoned food safety industry professional, having held various positions throughout quality and safety with companies small and large, including Kraft, Nestle, Sara Lee, Borden, and others. Laura's time from a Manufacturing Associate through Director of Quality has given her a solid background dealing with both food safety and quality, as well as Government Regulations with the FDA. Additionally, Laura is now a qualified food safety auditor and a qualified PCQI Trainer meeting qualifications outlined by the FSPCA.
